Look Up PLU Screen Layouts Overwritten

Issue

Look Up PLU screen layouts are overwritten when using the ‘Update EDF File’ option in PLM Link or Send Program

Cause

Look Up PLUs have been enabled in the Send Program Selection for the sales terminal

Solution

Disable Look Up PLUs in the Send Program Selection for the sales terminal
Note: Uniwell Lynx can be used to maintain Look Up PLUs but not to customise Look Up PLU screen layouts. If you want customise Look Up PLU screen layouts then you should maintain your Look Up PLUs in PLM2000 only, not in Uniwell Lynx.
