‘Please check your Dongle’ error during communications

Cause

This error will occur in the Unicom DLL if PLM2000 is running while Uniwell Lynx is trying to execute a communications job

Solution

Make sure PLM2000 is closed before executing communication jobs
Note: A PC restart may be required after this error
