Incorrect Sales Figures on Batch Reports from DX/TX/QX/SX

Issue

Sales quantities and amounts are wrong on batch reports from DX/TX/QX/SX [Typically, the sales quantity is posted to the sales amount and 0 is posted to the sales quantity]

Cause

System Function Flag SF-33.A has not been programmed correctly in the Uniwell ECR/POS terminal for use with Uniwell Lynx

Solution

Program System Function Flag SF-33.A to NO in the Uniwell ECR/POS terminal
Note: Ensure that the EDF files linked to your sales terminals are also updated with the correct SF-33.A setting
